If you purchased an ebook – please note that our ebooks generally come in a downloadable .zip file that includes 3 different formats.
You will need to unzip the file and send the correct version to your device. Amazon’s Kindle uses either the AZW or MOBI formats. All other devices generally use the EPUB format.
